Caribbean Salad Dressing - Combine one 6 oz. container of plain yogurt with ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1½ tsp. seasoning and ¾ tsp. lemon juice. Caribbean Rub - Rub moist surface of beef, pork or chicken with about 1 to 2 Tbsp. of seasoning per lb. of meat. Grill of broil to desired degree of doneness. Caribbean Burgers - Combine 1 Tbsp. seasoning with 1 lb. ground chicken or turkey. Grill to well done. Top with pineapple slice sprinkled with seasoning.About the Spice
