Smokey BBQ Dip - Combine 1 cup sour cream, ¼ cup ketchup and 1 Tbsp. seasoning. Mix and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving with chips or raw vegetables. Smokey Memphis Potatoes - Combine 1 lb. thinly sliced potatoes, 5 tsp. seasoning, and ½ cup chopped onion and ½ cup half & half. Bake covered in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Smokey Memphis BBQ - Rub chicken or pork with 1 to 2 Tbsp. seasoning per lb. of meat. Grill or Broil.About the Spice
