Bayou Shrimp - Defrost and drain 12 oz. cooked peeled shrimp. Combine one 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 Tbsp. seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes over low heat. Add shrimp and cook until heated through. Serve with rice. Bayou Rice - Sauté ¼ cup chopped onion in 2 tsp. oil. Stir in 1 cup rice and 1 Tbsp. seasoning. Add 2 cups water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
