Our rare Bai Mu Dan white tea (Mandarin for “white peony”) comes from the first few tender leaves and silvery new buds of the tea plant. Harvested in early springtime in the mountains of eastern China, our white tea leaves are gently air-dried to retain their delicate, subtly sweet flavor and powerful antioxidants.
