• 3 oz. chilled champagne
• 3 oz. Celestial Seasonings Country Peach Passion Herbal Tea, steeped and cooled
Directions
1. Fill flute halfway up with tea and top with champagne!
Moving onto dinner, our Jasmine Tea Rice is infused with a unique Asian flavor. Top it with your favorite Thai or Indian dish.
Ingredients
• 2 1/2 T Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Decaf Lemon Jasmine Green Tea
• 1 1/2 C. white rice
• 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Place teabags in a bowl.
3. Cover with the hot water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.
5. In a large bowl, rinse rice with cold water until the water runs clear.
6. Drain and add to cooled tea.
7. Stir in salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
8. Cover saucepan and place over medium-high heat.
9. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 17 minutes.
10. Let stand for 5 minutes.
To finish off this tea-inspired night for your sweetie, make this healthful Blackberry Pomegranate tea sorbet.
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 pounds rinsed blackberries
• 1 C. brewed Celestial Seasonings Blackberry Pomegranate Antioxidant Max Green Tea
• 1 1/4 C. sugar
Directions
1. In a blender, blend blackberries until puréed.
2. Pour through a fine strainer into a bowl, pressing pulp with a spatula to extract as much juice as possible; you should have 2 cups purée.
3. Discard solids.
4. Whisk tea and sugar into purée.
5. Cover and chill until cold, at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.
6. Freeze in an ice cream maker until machine stops or dasher is hard to turn.
7. Transfer sorbet to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
