A Mother’s Day Recipe
Here’s a fun and easy recipe that might just be the perfect sweet treat for Mother’s Day. Raspberry Zinger Lemon Bars
Yield: one 12 by 18-inch pan
Crust:
3 cups white flour
½ cup powdered sugar
1 ½ cup butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping:
12 Eggs
4 cups sugar
1 ½ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

Hi readers! Sleepytime Bear here, writing to you today from my den, where I am gearing up to change the clocks for Daylight Savings. “Spring Forward” is soon upon us (March 11 to be exact), and I want to make sure I’m prepared.
Daylights Savings is great, of course, because it means it’s still light when I get back to my den after work. The only negative I can see is losing an hour of sleep on Spring Forward day… I shudder just thinking about it!
