Donation Requests
Non-Profit Donation & Sponsorship Guidelines
Examples of charitable assistance include organizations that are:
- non-profit
- within Boulder, Colorado or the surrounding communities
- benefit children, the homeless, the elderly, the disabled, or families in crisis
Examples of sponsorships include (but are not limited to) conferences; and arts and humanities events governed by a non-profit organization.
Note: We do not currently have a student scholarship program.
Monetary Request Deadlines
Funds for charitable and sponsorship requests are determined every August, after reviewing our fiscal budget (determined July 1st). Therefore, please submit requests for funds between April 30th and July 1st each year. This year, all fiscal year monies have been allocated; however, product donations are still available.
Non-Monetary Request Deadlines
For those requesting product donations such as teas and gift baskets, your request needs to be submitted in writing at least eight weeks before you need to receive product for your scheduled event. Please submit your proposal along with your 501(c)3 non-profit documentation, if applicable. We review these requests regularly.
